The First Pacific President?

So Sarah Palin was mocked for supposedly saying something to the effect that she could see Russia from her house and that it qualified as some foreign policy experience. Where is the mocking of Barack Hussein Obama who said,

“As America’s first Pacific president, I promise you that this Pacific nation will strengthen and sustain our leadership in this vitally important part of the world.”
